Studies show that some of us learn best through visuals. If you think back to the premier of the blockbuster film Avatar, their message about preserving the environment is effectively conveyed through its thrilling 3D special effects. You will be reading Silent Spring by Rachel Carson and we will be discussing the content in class. To better understand the book, you will be recreating the story line into a graphic novel using Comic Life.
Create Open the Comic Life software on your laptop and create a graphic novel that is NO MORE than two pages. Each page should consist of at least four images with text.
Share Export your comic as a .jpg to your desktop. Save it as "Your last name_silentspring". Go to your student wiki page, select edit--> file--> upload (select your .jpg off of your desktop)--> (once it is uploaded, select your .jpg from the list of uploaded images)--> save.
